About Firecrackers New York Softball Club Founded and based in Saratoga Springs, New York, Firecrackers New York (FCNY) is a premier fastpitch softball organization dedicated to developing elite athletes in the Northeast. As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to provide a disciplined, high-IQ environment for players who are "obsessed with the game and respect the grind".
We operate a "Culture First" program that balances rigorous physical training with mental accountability. Our athletes benefit from transparent leadership, elite coaching, and a clear path to collegiate visibility. Whether through our 14 & Under competitive teams or our developmental programs, we are committed to long-term growth and setting the standard for how softball is played in our region.
