• The Elite Evaluation We don't just look at a single practice. We hold strategic evaluation windows based on roster needs, ensuring we find the specific talent required to maintain our national-caliber performance.

• The Multi-Lens Assessment Objectivity is our standard. Every athlete is evaluated by a panel of veteran coaches. This "Multi-Lens" approach ensures a fair, high-level perspective on every player’s current ceiling and future potential.

• Dynamic Athleticism (The Utility Factor) While we assess primary positions, the Firecracker DNA favors the "Total Athlete." We value versatility—players who have the IQ and physical tools to impact the game from anywhere on the dirt.
